It is practiced by women of every size, shape, age, and race. Dancers learn to lead and follow each other, giving the style a unique and captivating appearance. Elements of yoga, tai chi and meditation are also incorporated into this workout. Learning is done by repetition, isolation, and visualisation. Great for beginers or experienced dancers looking for new techniques. Students should wear comfortable form-fitting clothing.  Bring water and something to wrap around your hips.
